Laps & Claps is a new storytime for babies (0-24 months old) and their caregivers!

We can't wait for you to come have some fun with our new puppet show series for toddlers and preschool age children.

The board for the Wasco County Library Service District meets at 4:30 on the third Tuesday of most months.  These meetings are usually held in the meeting room at The Dalles Public Library; though at least once a year at Dufur and at Maupin.

Come make any art with our supplies. It's just for teens! Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 3:30. 

Held every Thursday morning at 10:30, this storytime is most appropriate to those age 18-36 months, though everyone is welcome.  We'll sing songs, do fingerplays, and read a couple of fantastic books; and, as always, we'll end with the Ba

3rd Thursday meets the third Thursday of each month at 4:00pm. 

Held at 10:30, Friday Morning Storytime includes songs, fingerplays and some great stories. This storytime is most appropriate for the preschool crowd, everyone is welcome.

Get rid of distractions, come into the present moment, contemplate the art in front of you, notice the detail, let yourself just be with the art. Supplies and art exercises provided.

The first Saturday of each month will feature a different performer led event.  This month's performer will be the always amazing, Angel Ocasio! Music, juggling, magic tricks; something has something for everyone.
