True Leah is a certified instructor of the Bob Ross wet-on-wet oil painting technique in both landscapes and florals. True is based out of the Portland metro area and has a studio in West Linn, Oregon. She has been teaching the Bob Ross workshops since 2012. 

 All supplies are provided. Refreshments too!
