Grab a fluffy blanket and your favorite book and join this year's Winter Reading Challenge! This year, participants will pick up a physical bingo card from the circulation desk and work toward completing a full blackout—every square on the card must be completed to win a cozy prize at the end of the challenge.
If you would like to participate, please stop by the circulation desk to pick up your bingo card. To be eligible, you must either:
- reside in Wasco County, or
- have a valid library card issued by The Dalles Public Library.
Winter Reading begins Thursday, January 1st, the first day you may begin completing squares on your bingo card. The challenge ends Sunday, February 1st, which is the deadline to finish your blackout card.
Prizes may be picked up at the circulation desk after you submit your completed bingo card.
