Calling all Women to learn Self Defense with your child (daughter)

Learn Self Defense and De-Escalation from  Medal Winning, Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt, Donny Pickard!

Donny has a self-defense academy in the Dalles, specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and other martial arts. Mother and daughters, please register for the event on May 11th from 3-4pm to learn moves and techniques to escape holds and grabs. You will see 4-5 escape moves, and then practice them with your partner. Be ready to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Please be prepared for honest anecdotes about the importance of self-defense. 

Teens must be accompanied by a mother or parent guardian. Reservation required. Register in pairs. Waitlist enabled when registration is full.
