Over the next few weeks, we’ll be going on story-based adventures that help us explore our feelings — from sadness and frustration to joy and happiness! Through fun yoga poses, mindful moments, and calming breathing techniques, we’ll learn how to understand, express, and move through our emotions in healthy ways. Get ready to stretch, breathe, and grow together as we discover the power of our feelings!
