Sourdough demo with Aaron and Beth

Aaron Brenner is a 7th generation baker. Beth enjoys baking with an emphasis on health and nutrition. Join them for a one hour sourdough baking demo. You will see how to:

  1. make a sourdough starter
  2. use different types of flours 
  3. measure by feel
  4. knead and fold
  5. make some cool sourdough scoring designs (designs on the top of the bread)

Once finished, apply the tips and techniques to become a sourdough baker yourself.
