Come for a supersized version of the classic show-and-tell that kids love so much! We’re inviting Andy Plymate from Bridge City Blades to demonstrate his incredible swordsmanship!

Every Monday morning at 10:30, join a librarian and a special guest buddy for a storytime. The buddy might be a puppet, a community helper, or a visiting critter. It's a mystery, and it's always special!

Help your young reader grow with confidence! Join our Literacy Launchpad, a fun and supportive literacy program designed for children who need a little extra help.

Join us on each fourth Tuesday of the month to make and take home your very own fabulous puppet! It will be a different type of puppet each month. It's going to be a ton of fun, so don't miss out!

Join our weekly walk/run from the library every Wednesday at 9:30 AM. We take the same lovely route each time, beginning at the Dalles Library parking lot, and ending with some refreshing snacks and drinks at the finish line!

Please join us for treats, coffee, and good conversation, every 4th Wednesday of every month in the New Book section.

Family Lego Pizza Night occurs on the last Thursday of each month at 5:30pm.

Dive into Storytime as we explore an Under the Sea adventure! This month, we’ll share stories filled with friendly sea creatures, shimmering oceans, and watery wonders.

Join us this week, making GIANT jellyfish! We'll be crafting jellyfish out of fabric, hula hoops, pool noodles, and other materials, getting messy and having fun!

Join a group of writers aged 9-12 years old! Share your writing, learn how to give and receive feedback, get exposed to new writing styles, prompts, and ideas, and hang out and have snacks while making new friends!
