Join our weekly walk/run from the library every Thursday at 5:30 PM. We take the same lovely route each time, beginning at the Dalles Library parking lot, and ending with some refreshing snacks and drinks at the finish line!

Join us for a Family FUN night with a STEAM learning spin! Each month on the second Thursday, we'll gather in the main library for a family-friendly activity in the genre of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and/or Math.

We're getting crafty this Fun Friday with decorating altoid boxes! Use our crafting supplies to create a tiny fun package. 

Whether you've read and have strong opinions on every Shakespeare play or have just a vague memory of being confused by one of them in high school and want to understand what all of the fuss is about, this class is for you!

Stomp, clap, and make some joyful noise at the library! 👞🎶 Join us for an 5-week Clogging Dance Series and learn the basics of this lively, rhythmic folk dance.

We bring you family friendly entertainment every month; today we have the en Taiko Drummers, a youth drumming group from the Portland area.

Join us in the teen room for VR Gaming! We provide the headsets and you come to have some fun. Limited availability and room, this is a first come first served program. 

Join us on the anniversary of the 1980 Mount Saint Helens eruption for an evening of games, crafts and a volcanic eruption!

Head to the teen room every Tuesday to use our art supplies to craft your next masterpiece! Sometimes we'll even bring out the iPads to use Procreate and experiment with digital art. Come, draw, and create art with your community.

Create your own miniature garden! 🌿 Join us at the library on Tuesday, May 19th from 5:30–7:00 PM for a Make Your Own Terrarium workshop.

Join us every month on the third Wednesday for a family-friendly movie matinee! Our movies will usually be a new release, with a beloved old classic popping up now and then during slow times of the year.
