Bioblitz Lecture Series

Join current Children and Teen Librarian and former ecology teacher Martin Oslick for our first in a series of nature lectures accompanying the Level-Up Bioblitz. Martin will be delivering a talk about all things invertebrates: where to find them, how to identify them, and why they are so important to our world. You'll also have the opportunity to meet some incredible ambassador animals: some small, some large, some local, some exotic, some hands-off, and some friendly enough to hold in your palm or let crawl onto your face (but only if you volunteer!). Ask as many questions as you want and come prepared to leave with a little more knowledge and appreciation for the small creatures we share our planet with.
