Face & Chair Yoga
Join us for Face Yoga-we'll practice a series of gentle exercises and massage techniques designed to tone facial muscles, reduce tension, boost circulation, and promote a youthful glow. These simple yet effective movements help release stress held in the face and neck while enhancing relaxation and awareness.
We'll then transition into Chair Yoga, a supportive practice using a chair for seated and standing poses. Perfect for all levels—especially beginners, seniors, or those with limited mobility—this portion of the class focuses on increasing flexibility, balance, and overall body strength without the need to get on the floor.
No equipment needed—just your willingness to breathe, move, and feel good!
