November we will be discussing The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. LeGuin

Exotic adventure on the planet Winter, whose people are completely human except for one small variation: they are all of the same sex.The world and its unusual society are seen through the eyes of Earth's first envoy, caught up in subtle intrigues among the various nations of Winter, battling across immense ice-fields in a desperate bid for survival.
