Third Thursday Book Club
Join our aptly named book club on the 3rd Thursday of each month as we discuss books from various genres. Books are available at the front desk.
The February 19th meeting is going to be held at a special time and location. We will be meeting at 2:00 p.m. at Enza Cafe, where we'll enjoy some pizza and something to drink. This will be the perfect time to meet the staff person who will be taking over hosting this discussion group, now that Rita has retired. We will be discussing a classic book by Gene Stratton-Porter, Girl of the Limberlost. Elnora Comstock must choose between her dreams of attending high school or helping her widowed mother's struggle to keep their farm. Through the help of Mrs. Porter, a naturalist and photographer, Elnora is encouraged to reach her goals.
