Mat Pilates
This Mat Pilates class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and supporting balance through controlled, mindful movement. Exercises are designed to be accessible and can be modified to meet a variety of fitness levels, making this class welcoming for beginners and experienced participants alike.

Participants should be able to move comfortably from standing to the floor and follow verbal movement cues. This class is not recommended for individuals with osteoporosis unless they have received clearance from a healthcare provider. As always, participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work within their own comfort level.

No equipment needed—Come stretch, strengthen, and recharge — your body (and mind) will thank you!
