This low-impact workout focuses on core stability, posture, balance, and mindful movement. Using controlled exercises and breathwork, participants will strengthen muscles, increase mobility, and leave feeling energized and refreshed.
This class is suitable for a range of fitness levels, with modifications offered to help everyone move safely and comfortably. No prior Pilates experience is required.
